Joanie always liked danger. She used to sneak out with the negro boy next door while her parents smoked reefer cigarettes in the neighbors' yard and watched dirty movies with the hot tub running. My cousin Billy saw them one time through the fence where the dog used to piss. Billy used to make it with the Puerto Rican girl down the block. She had dark nipples like a pair of black eyes.
